First of all, I'm a little late in announcing this, but we would like to welcome our new 7th grader, Josh Linder, to the Gaarde middle school family! He's a wonderful addition to a great group.
Secondly, a few small announcements and reminders:
- I (Mrs. Johnson) will be gone next week. Tu, W, F, our substitute will be Mrs. Carter, and Th is will be Mrs. Jones. I will do my best to do one massive blog post with the whole week's homework before I go, but this won't cover all of Mrs. Sahli's homework. There will be no blog posts during the week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- BOOK ORDERS are due tomorrow! This is a great way to keep a pulse on what other middle school students are reading, get books cheaply, and support our classroom!
- Next Monday there is no school in observance of MLK Jr. Day.
